What is it?
Think Small: Foundations of Children's Work is an entry level training programme for those working and volunteering in children’s ministry in The Salvation Army. Think Small 2021 will introduce new leaders to the latest principals and approaches of children's ministry. Think Small students will also participate in coaching. We recommend that students undergo three coaching sessions, but must attend a minimum of two.

In-person training days will take place in Wellington. Should covid alert levels rise to level 3 or 4, in-person training days will take place via webinar.
How much does it cost?
Think Small is free for all students. We value all that our children’s workers and volunteers do and wish to invest in them so they can continue to bless their communities.
